By accessing or using TodayMenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

TodayMenu provides a SaaS platform for restaurants to create and manage digital QR menus. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.

4. Content Ownership

Restaurants retain all rights to their uploaded content (logos, menus, items). By using the service, you grant TodayMenu a license to display this content to your customers.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

TodayMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
